All Seasons is a fast-growing full-service Chinese community property management company based in Sydney. It started in 2017 with only 20 rental property owners and reaches over 200 properties around the NSW metro area in 2020. They’re a client-focused real estate agency with the objective to make it easier for property owners to track and monitor their property on a single mobile platform.
As the UX/UI designer at Devhub agency, I introduced and designed a Lucky Draw game in the WeChat app for All Seasons to attract new customers and designed the WeChat app user-friendly interface for All Seasons in a short timeframe.

Business Goal
To transition their existing in-house capabilities to a new platform where property owners would be able to access their property data on a friendly and secure login platform for mobile devices that could be used to quickly respond to property owners and ensure that owners could track their properties and able to communicate with the agency on the same platform.
Challenges
Understand and define the relationship between customers, property and their rental management.
Provide a user-friendly interface for the customers to track real-time data and communicate with the property management team more efficiently.
To integrate with 3rd parties to sync data/files/images
Build a customised backend management system for administration
Solutions
All Seasons’ main target audiences are Chinese houseowners who use Wechat as their primary communication tool. All Seasons also have a WeChat Official Account that updates the latest content on daily basis. After a couple of workshops with the clients to define the core functions and main user stories of the product, it was determined that the most practical platform is WeChat App.
Considering the project was only given a short time frame, It took a lot of proactive planning and prioritising to achieve the MVP release of the product. I was able to eventually deliver within 3 weeks.
Design Process

The biggest challenge was to launch the MVP of the front-end customer platform and backend management system for the administration within 3 weeks as the first phase. As the new app functions were already defined by the client, it was just a matter of presenting the information back to the end users. The priority of data points and MVP functions were defined based on the user stories that were created in the early stage of the project. Within a couple of days, a user flow, low fidelity, wireframes and concept design were presented to the client.
A new feature was also proposed to the client to introduce a Lucky Draw game in the WeChat app for new customers to increase stickiness and loyalty.
